Fast Forward FFOUTCF Outrider DVR CF Ultra Compact OEM DVR Board

The Fast Forward FFOUTCF Outrider DVR is an ultra-compact digital video recorder with enhanced features measures only 12cm x 5.6cm. It is designed for OEM applications and is ideal for high resolution recording for surveillance, law enforcement, emergency first responders and mobile broadcasters.

This DVR records on Sandisk flash cards, providing easy removal and transfer of recorded video. The device is equipped with a USB 2.0 port for easy file transfer using the USB mass storage protocol.

The Outrider is designed with the same leading edge digital video technology that has established Fast Forward Video's reputation as the standard in the broadcast industry. The Outrider DVR is powered by DC Voltage (batteries or adapter - range of 3.5 to 9.5 V).

Featuring video capture and playback at 50 fields per second, the Outrider offers a resolution greater than 550 lines at 4:1 compression, user selectable compression ratios from 4:1 to 20:1, and recording times averaging between 4 to 20 minutes per GB. GPI control panel options include record, seek/scan, single frame forward/reverse, delete clip, play and pause.

The Outrider also features a time/date stamp and character display, time lapse recording, NTSC/PAL compatibility, Composite and S-Video inputs and outputs, pre-event record, and loop record of PC viewable or secure video files. External control is available via two external triggers.
